ADVANCED SKIN RENEWAL
MesoMTS Microneedling
Renew. Repair. Rebuild.
When your concern goes beyond surface hydration, your skin may need a treatment that encourages a deeper renewal response.
Ombré MesoMTS Microneedling uses controlled microneedling with a fresh disposable cartridge to create tiny micro-channels in the skin while working with a carefully selected ampoule according to your skin concern.

At Ombre, we use a nano microchip-style MTS cartridge instead of aggressive deep medical microneedling needles.
The treatment works at the superficial skin level, mainly focusing on enhancing transdermal ampoule infusion, skin rejuvenation, pores, texture, and glow while keeping downtime minimal.
Treatment intensity is carefully adjusted according to each customer’s skin condition and sensitivity for a safer and more comfortable experience.
The treatment is designed to support the skin’s natural renewal and collagen-remodelling process, making it suitable for concerns such as uneven texture, enlarged-looking pores, post-acne marks, dullness and early signs of ageing.
what is mesomts?
A More Intensive Approach to Skin Renewal
MTS stands for Micro-Needle Therapy System. During MesoMTS, very fine needles move across the skin in a controlled manner, creating microscopic channels in the skin’s surface. These controlled micro-injuries trigger the skin’s natural repair response.
As the skin goes through this renewal process, it can support:
Firmer-looking skin
Collagen remodelling
Better overall skin quality
Smoother-looking texture
Improved appearance of enlarged pores
Brighter and healthier-looking complexion
Improvement in the appearance of post-acne marks
WHO IS MESOMTS FOR?

MESOMTS TREATMENT GUIDE
What to Know Before & After MesoMTS
Understand what to expect from your treatment, including hygiene, skin response, comfort, downtime, aftercare
and important preparation before your appointment.
Hygiene is extremely important for any treatment involving needles.
For every MesoMTS treatment at Ombre, the microneedling cartridge used is disposable and
intended for single-customer use.
It is not shared between customers.
HOW MICRONEEDLING WORKS
What Does Microneedling Actually Do to the
Skin?
This is why microneedling is commonly chosen for concerns that cannot always be addressed simply by cleansing or hydration alone.
The goal is gradual improvement in skin quality — not artificial overnight perfection.
POST-TREATMENT SKIN RESPONSE
Not everyone experiences visible peeling.
After treatment, some customers may experience:
Redness
Warmth
Tightness
Mild sensitivity
Slight dryness
TREATMENT SENSATION
Microneedling does involve needles, so it is normal to feel a prickling, scratching or tingling sensation during treatment.
Different areas of the face can also feel different. For example, areas with less cushioning may feel more sensitive than fleshier areas. Pain tolerance differs greatly from person to person.
downtime
Is There Downtime After MesoMTS?
Yes, some temporary skin reaction should be expected because MesoMTS intentionally creates controlled micro-channels.
Red
Slightly flushed
Warm
Sensitive
Similar to a mild sunburn
For many customers, redness settles considerably within several hours. For more sensitive individuals, some redness or sensitivity may remain for approximately 1–2 days. Skin recovery varies from person to person.
aftercare
MesoMTS Aftercare Is Important
Because the skin has just undergone microneedling, we recommend treating it gently while it recovers.
For the immediate recovery period:
Keep skincare simple and gentle
Keep the skin hydrated
Use adequate sun protection
Avoid scratching or picking
Avoid harsh scrubs
Avoid strong exfoliating acids
Avoid retinol while the skin is recovering
Avoid unnecessarily irritating the treated area
Avoid excessive heat if the skin is still sensitive
BEFORE YOUR TREATMENT
Before Your MesoMTS Appointment
There are a few things we would like you to tell us before treatment.
Retinol / Retinoids
Strong acid-based skincare
These products can make the skin more sensitive.
Depending on what you are using and the condition of your skin, MesoMTS may not be suitable that day. Please let us know before coming so that we can advise you.
Who May Not Be Suitable for MesoMTS?
MesoMTS isn’t automatically suitable for every skin condition.
Very sensitive or compromised skin
Significant active inflammation
Open wounds
Active skin infection
Severe active acne in the intended treatment area
Sunburn
Significant irritation
A skin barrier that has not recovered from another procedure
If your skin is actively inflamed, the priority should be allowing it to recover rather than performing a more intensive microneedling treatment.
CHOOSING THE RIGHT TREATMENT
MesoMTS vs Mesojet
These two Ombre treatments may sound similar because both can involve ampoules, but they are very different treatments.
An Easy Way to Understand It
Frequently Asked Questions
You will normally feel some prickling or scratching because microneedling uses fine needles.
How uncomfortable it feels depends on your individual pain tolerance and the area being treated.
Some areas may feel more sensitive than others.
Please communicate with your therapist throughout the treatment if you feel uncomfortable.
Microneedling creates controlled micro-channels, so tiny pinpoint redness or very small amounts of pinpoint bleeding can occasionally occur depending on the skin and treatment intensity.
The objective is not to make the skin bleed excessively.
More bleeding does not mean a better treatment.
Redness is common immediately after microneedling.
For many customers, it resembles mild sunburn.
It can settle within several hours, although customers with more reactive skin may remain red or sensitive for approximately 1–2 days.
We generally recommend giving freshly microneedled skin time to recover rather than applying makeup immediately.
The skin barrier has temporarily been disrupted by the micro-channels.
Keeping the skin clean and minimising unnecessary products immediately after treatment is preferable.
Our therapist can advise you according to how your skin looks after the session.
It may help improve the appearance of enlarged pores, particularly where reduced collagen
support and uneven skin texture contribute to their visibility.
However, pores are a normal part of skin anatomy and cannot literally be permanently “closed.”
Our goal is smoother-looking, more refined skin rather than promising that pores disappear completely.
MesoMTS may help improve the appearance of suitable post-acne marks and uneven texture through repeated skin renewal and collagen remodelling.
However, acne scarring varies considerably.
Deep ice-pick scars, rolling scars and other established scars may require more intensive medical procedures.
We therefore don't promise complete scar removal.
It depends on the type and severity.
Having a few occasional blemishes doesn't automatically rule out MesoMTS.
However, we generally avoid performing microneedling directly over significantly inflamed, infected or severe active acne.
Your therapist will assess your skin first.
You may notice fresher or smoother-looking skin after one treatment, but concerns such as
enlarged pores, texture, post-acne marks and collagen loss generally require time.
Microneedling works by triggering a biological renewal process.
For more established concerns, a series of sessions normally provides a more realistic approach than expecting one treatment to completely transform the skin.
There isn't one fixed number that applies to everyone.
It depends on:
- Your skin condition
- Main concern
- Severity of texture or marks
- Age
- Skin sensitivity
- Treatment response
- Lifestyle and skincare
At Ombre, you can start with one session first.
There is no requirement to purchase a package.
Microneedling should not simply be repeated whenever the skin still looks red or hasn't fully recovered.
Your skin needs sufficient time for its natural repair and remodelling process.
Your therapist can recommend an appropriate interval according to your skin condition and how your skin responds after treatment.
MesoMTS can support overall skin renewal and may be paired with an appropriate ampoule when uneven-looking tone is a concern.
However, pigmentation has many possible causes.
Some forms of pigmentation require different treatment strategies, so we do not promise that microneedling will remove every type of pigmentation.
You do not need to decide by yourself.
Tell our therapist your main concern and let us assess your skin.
Depending on suitability, our ampoule options include:
Hyaluronic Acid • Arbutin • Copper Peptide • Peptide • Ceramide • Mandelic • Gold infuse ampoule
The most expensive- or strongest-sounding option isn't automatically the best one for your
skin.
It depends.
MesoMTS is not our first choice for very sensitive, highly reactive or actively inflamed skin.
Because microneedling deliberately creates micro-channels, the skin needs to be healthy enough to tolerate and recover from the treatment.
For very sensitive skin, our therapist may recommend a gentler treatment instead.
Please tell us if you are currently using retinol, prescription retinoids or strong active skincare.
Depending on the strength, frequency and condition of your skin, you may need to temporarily stop the product before treatment.
Do not conceal active skincare use from your therapist, as it can affect how your skin reacts.
The same principle applies.
Strong exfoliating acids can increase skin sensitivity.
Please tell us what products you are using before your appointment.
If the skin appears irritated, over-exfoliated or compromised, we may recommend postponing MesoMTS.
We recommend avoiding activities that cause heavy sweating and excessive heat immediately after treatment, particularly while the skin is still red and sensitive.
This can include intense exercise, sauna and steam rooms.
Allow the skin time to settle.
Freshly treated skin should be protected carefully from unnecessary sun exposure.
Use adequate sunscreen and avoid prolonged direct sun exposure while the skin is recovering.
Sun protection is particularly important when you're trying to improve concerns such as pigmentation and post-acne marks.
We would not recommend trying microneedling for the first time immediately before an important event.
Because redness and sensitivity can occur, give yourself sufficient recovery time.
If you have an important event coming up, tell us the date and we can recommend whether MesoMTS or a gentler treatment would be more appropriate.
Not while the skin is still recovering.
Any treatment that creates open wounds or significantly disrupts the skin barrier should be fully healed first before MesoMTS is considered.
There shouldn't still be active peeling, wounds, inflammation or significant sensitivity.
Sometimes, yes, depending on the treatment and your skin condition.
However, because MesoMTS is already a more intensive treatment, we don't believe in automatically adding multiple aggressive procedures simply for the sake of doing more.
Your therapist will recommend combinations only when they are appropriate for your skin.
No.
MesoMTS is available on a pay-per-visit basis.
