When a before-and-after image is identified as an Ombre customer result, it is from an actual customer treated at Ombre and used with permission.

Ombre is a small facial studio with limited therapists and appointment slots.
Every appointment time is specially reserved for you.
If you are more than 15 minutes late, we reserve the right to:
- Shorten or simplify your treatment where appropriate, or
- Reschedule/cancel the appointment if there is no longer enough time to complete the selected treatment properly
We don't want to rush your treatment or delay the next customer's reserved appointment.
A reminder will generally be sent before your appointment.
If you cannot make it, please let us know as early as possible.
Customers with more than 2 instances of last-minute cancellation or no-show may no longer be accepted for future appointments.
