to use:

Saturate a cotton pad until damp.

TO REMOVE EYE MAKEUP

Hold pad over closed eyes for a few seconds, then gently wipe off

TO CLEANSE SKIN & REMOVE FACE MAKEUP

Gently wipe over skin until the cotton pad is not picking up any more residue. Day and night use.

No need to rinse.
